To support our customers, Tecknotrove has maintained
a full-time professional staff of factory trained technicians with
background in electronics & mechanical responsible for installation
and maintenance of all TecknoSimTM Simulators. Our service personnel
are located in close congruence with customer sites to provide quick,
high quality, cost-effective service.
Our goal is to support our customers as they develop, maintain,
and conduct these critical training programs. We do this by offering
the right support solution for each customer. All TecknoSimTM simulators
are delivered with a Standard Support and Maintenance Programme
which includes:
- Warranty of 12 (twelve) months against any manufacturing defects.
- Technical support to customers via telephone, fax or email.
- On-site support during the warranty/ service period.
- Free software upgrade on new releases within version of proprietary
software installed during the warranty period.
- Free training on the features of TecknoSimTM Simulators for a
period of three days.
Customers can also avail benefits from the Special Support and
Maintenance Program. This program is designed to ensure the
maximum up-time of TecknoSimTM Simulators we also ensure that users
remain at the leading edge in training capabilities. The program
includes:
- Extended warranty on hardware and software.
- Dedicated Support Representative.
- A full day visit every three months for training and preventative
maintenance.
- Free upgrades to software within version.
- Special Prices for upgrades to new software versions.
- Special Prices for upgrades to hardware.
