Mining Equipment / Earth Moving Vehicle Simulators represents training simulators that trains operators of heavy mining equipment and machinery like Dumpers, Shovels/Excavators, Dozers of various capacities and operating either on wheels or tracks. We manufacture Customized standalone Dumper Simulators, Excavator Simulators, Dozer Simulators, Shovel Simulators customized to client requirement.

All Mining Equipment Training Simulators comprise of an Instructor Station and a Driving Station. The simulator uses 3D computer generated imagery and simulates realistic motion feel, visuals and sounds. The training progresses from equipment familiarization to advanced levels of training and testing under complex driving scenarios. The simulator also has features for interactive fault-finding and rectification. Highly efficient and effective training is therefore realized on the simulator system with no loss of production and no danger of accidents, even in the most complex of emergency situations.

Simulator Features
Each TecknoSim Simulator shall be customized to suit unique airside requirements; however the basic features of the simulator would include the following :

 Driving Station :
 

Driving Station comprises of a simulated cab accurately replicating the interior of the actual vehicle/ Equipment.  Actual operator’s seat, surrounded by instruments and controls positioned at ergonomically correct locations.

 Instructor Station :
 

This station enables the instructor to control the driving Station. The instructor can set training scenarios, change weather conditions, inject faults, evaluate the performance and print reports. These performance reports together with the instructor’s after-action review capability provide a complete training and evaluation system

 Visual Display :
  Highly realistic 3D virtual world, projected through 3 Projection Screen Display for 180 degree view or 3 LCD screen Display for 120 degree view. In case Of Projection Display,  LCD Display are provided for side view.

 Audio System :
 

The high-quality system providing realistic sound effects and allows two-way communication between Trainee and Trainer.

 3D Environment :
  The system is delivered with a specially customized mine terrain. This simulated 3D mine terrain comes complete with artificially intelligent shovels, excavators, dozers and other support equipment, together with pit, dump and crusher areas. Option of Day, night, dusk, reduced visibility and adverse weather conditions is available.

 Training Software :
 

The training modules are customized as per client’s requirement. However the standard structure progresses from equipment familiarization to advanced levels of training and testing under complex driving scenarios.

 Mine terrain :
 

The simulator includes a typical mine site giving realistic experience of driving around Pits, Dumping Area, Traffic roads, etc .
