TecknoSimTM T180 Truck Driving Simulator is a fully functional, pre-configured driver training and Evaluation simulator that provides the realism of a "real-life" truck. The simulator provides a fully immersive environment, comprising a truck cabin with large visual front screens covering 180 Degree field of view as the main hardware elements. This high level of reality performance is necessary for training drivers in high-risk situations and in situations that are impossible to train on in normal traffic.
The system has multi unit linking facility so that two to more driving simulators can be inter connected and controlled through the Instructor Station. The simulator provides the instructor the flexibility for centralized as well as individual control of the driving stations.

Driver Station:

A full size Truck Cabin modified for simulation purpose. All instruments and vehicle controls like steering, gear, clutch, brakes etc are functionally in operation., resulting in normal reaction on the vehicle behaviour.
 

Configurable Cabin:

Can be configured to a variety of vehicle models like tractor-trailer, tanker, bus etc with the option of 3DOF or 6DOF motion Platform.
 

Visual Display:

Display options of Projection system and LCD screens with Stereophonic representation of surrounding traffic noise engine and voice messages are available. One can chose the type of display to suit individual needs.
 

Visual Databases:

Choice of a variety of Terrains like City, Highway, Hills, & Snow bound Terrains, Desert etc are available. Terrains are completely based on Indian Road Conditions including special features like, traffic junction, flyovers, road under construction, speed breakers etc.
 

Traffic:

Autonomous traffic density with a variety of vehicles like car, bus, trucks, bikes following traffic rules in India, moving pedestrians train, etc to experience realistic Indian traffic.
 

Training Modules:

Basic as well as Defensive Driver Training modules are available in options of English and Hindi designed especially for the drivers in India.

Instructor Station:

This station controls the training process. It allows the instructor to create scenarios, track, record & playback and evaluate the performance of the drivers. A systematic Performance Evaluation Report can be printed at the end of each training session.
